නව මාක්ස්වාදී-ලෙනින්වාදී-මාඕවාදී සංවිධාන පැන නැගීමත් සමග, දිගු කාලයක් තිස්සේ නිද්‍රාවට පත්ව සිටි එක්සත් ජනපදයේ කොමියුනිස්ට් තරුණ ව්‍යාපාරය, මෑත කාලයේ දී අලූත් ශක්තියකින් අවදිවී තිබේ. එය රහසිගත තත්වයන් තුළ රැඳී සිටීම වෙනුවට විශාල පුළුල් මහජන සහයෝගීත්වය ලබාගෙන ඇත. එහි එක් අරමුණක් වන්නේ පෝෂක වැඩ සටහන් වලින් සහ සම්පත් බෙදා දීමෙන්, සම්මේලන සහ අධ්‍යන කණ්ඩායම් මගින් නිර්ධනීන් අතර සංස්කෘතික සහයෝගීතාවයක් සහ ආත්ම විශ්වාසයක් ඇති කිරීමයි.

පීඩිත ජාතීන්ගේ, සංක‍්‍රමනිකයන්, කාන්තාවන්, ආදී ක‍්‍රමය මඟින් පීඩාවට පත් කරන සියලූ අංශ සමග සබඳතා ඇති කිරීමට ඔවුහු උත්සාහ කරති… ඔවුහු බ්ලැක් පැන්තර් පක්ෂ සහ චීනයේ රතු භටයින් වැනිය. ගැන කැමතියි. එහි ප‍්‍රධාන සටන් පාඨයක් වන්නේ ‘‘එක්සත් ජනපදයේ මහජන යුද්ධය ඇති කිරීමයි’’. ඔවුහු එක්සත් ජනපදයේ විවිධ නගර වල පෙනී සිටිති: ලොස් ඇන්ජලීස් රෙඩ් ගාඩ් (කැලිෆෝනියා), ඔස්ටින් රෙඩ් ගාඩ් (ටෙක්සාස්), ප‍්‍රගතිශීලී තරුණ සංවිධානය (කැන්සාස් සිටි, මිසූරි), ඉග්නයිට් (නිව් යෝක්)…

ලොස් ඇන්ජලීස් රෙඩ් ගාඩ් (රතු භට) කණ්ඩායම ඉන්දියාවේ සැබෑ තත්ත්වය හෙලිදරවු කල සහ සිය අව්‍යාජ ජාතික විමුක්ති අරගලය ගැන තොරතුරු පතුරුවා ලූ මනිපූර් සහයෝගිතා රාත‍්‍රිය, අයොට්ෂිනාපා හි සිසුන් 43 දෙනෙක් පැහැරගෙන යාමට එරෙහිව ලොස් ඇන්ජලීස්හි මෙක්සිකානු තානාපති කාර්යාලය ඉදිරිපිට විරෝධතාවයක නිරවීම, පලස්තීනයේ තත්ත්වය අනාවරණය කිරීම ආදී කැපී පෙනෙන ජාත්‍යන්තර සහයෝගිතා ක‍්‍රියාකාරකම් වලට සහභාගි වූහ. ටෙක්සාස් හි, ඔස්ටින් හි දී, ඔස්ටින් රතු බලකාය නගරය හරහා කිලෝමීටර් 7 කට වඩා විහිදුණු ප‍්‍රධාන සටන්කාමී රැලියක් සහිතව මැයි 1 දිනයට සහභාගී වූහ.

මෙම සියලූ කණ්ඩායම් මාක්ස්-ලෙනින්-මාඕවාදය සහ මහජන යුද්ධය හරහා සමාජවාදී විප්ලවය සාක්ෂාත් කරගැනීම ආරක්ෂා කරමින්  නිබන්ධනය ‘‘පශ්චාත් mlm’’ තිසීස වන එවේකියන්වාදය  ප‍්‍රතික්ෂේප කරමින් එක්සත් ජනපදය තුල නිර්ධන පන්තියේ විප්ලවවාදී පක්ෂය ගොඩනැගීම සඳහා වැඩ කරති. නව කොමියුනිස්ට් පක්ෂය-ලියායිෂාන් කමිටුව එක්සත් ජනපදයේ සියළුම මාඕවාදී සංවිධාන එක්සත් කරමින් පෙරමුණු පක්ෂයක් ඉදි කිරීම අරමුණු කරගෙන සම්බන්ධීකරණ හා සහයෝගිතා කටයුතුවල නියැලෙති.

ඔවුන් ගැන වඩා හොඳ අවබෝධයක් ලැබීමට පහත සම්බන්ධක වැදගත් වේ.

CRPP statement on illegal detention of K. Murali and C.P. Ismail immediate mobilitation

COMMITTEE FOR THE RELEASE OF POLITICAL PRISONERS 

As confirmed by the newspapers and further affirmed by civil rights activists, Maoist intellectual and writer Mr. K. Murali and another activist Mr. CP Ismail are shown arrested by the Maharashtra ATS in Pune allegedly from a housing colony. But contrary to the news paper reports, civil libertarians confirm that Mr. K Murali was undergoing treatment in one of the hospitals in Pune and was detained from there. Whatever one could decipher from the little exchange that he had with the media, it is clear that Mr. K Murali, a senior citizen (62) was arrested while he was undergoing treatment. CP Ismail is 29 years old. The date of the arrest is still not clear though it is reported that the ATS arrested him on Friday and then produced him before the court to be remanded in police custody for the next 7 days.

It is a matter of grave concern that Mr. Murali who is a heart patient and had undergone a heart surgery before is not being allowed to be treated. Rather the court has left him in police custody where there is every possibility that his health can further deteriorate. In the mean time, Murali and Ismail have so far not been allowed to reach out to their lawyers. Like every other political prisoner normally slapped with the draconian UAPA, Mr. Murali and Mr. Ismail will be no exception to the lawful lawlessness of this worst ever legislation which proves the burden of proof on the accused while leaving ample space for the police to indulging every kind of impunity. In such a scenario it is highly unlikely that the police will let him to undertake his medical treatment.

We demand that Mr. Murali be allowed to continue with his medical treatment for which he had got admitted in the hospital. As a Maoist intellectual K. Murali is the author of many books and articles on the politico-economic and historic trajectories that contributed to the constitution of the social formation that is Kerala. His most discussed work is Land, Caste and Bondage (Bhoomi, Jati, Bandhanam) in Malayalam. He was the editor of ‘A World to Win’ and ‘Massline’ two theoretical and political magazines that analyzed the local and international scenario from a Maoist perspective. We at the CRPP demand that the right to silence and right to a lawyer of their choice be met with and their fundamental right to safeguard them from being tortured be ensured.

We further demand unequivocally that the place for such social and political thinkers who through their keen observations and interventions have enriched and expanded the horizon of the debates on issues that are central to the present and future of the vast sections of the people in Kerala and the subcontinent cannot be in the dungeons. They should be allowed to express their views and opinions freely, not only as a fundamental right of their freedom of expression, but also for the deepening of the democracy that we claim ourselves to be.

Release K. Murali and CP Ismail immediately and unconditionally! 
Repeal the draconian UAPA and all other anti-people laws!

Maharashtra ATS claims to have arrested senior Maoist leader

Ajith along with an aide identified by police as Ismail Hamaza Chiragpilli was arrested from a hospital.

The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has claimed to have arrested senior Maoist leader Ajith (62) – who also goes by the names K Muralidharan and Thomas Joseph – from the outskirts of Pune city early on Monday morning. Ajith along with an aide identified by police as Ismail Hamaza Chiragpilli alias Pravin alias James Mathew (29) was arrested from a hospital in village Talegaon Dabhade – about 30 kms from Pune – and produced before a special judge on Tuesday morning. Additional Sessions Judge S V Mane has granted a seven-day police remand to question the two arrested accused. Police did not clarify how long the duo have been living in Talegaon. Police described Ajith as a close aide of top Maoist leader Ganapathy.

They said that Ajith and Ismail were residing in Talegaon Dabhade under a false identity. The duo has been booked under Indian Penal Code (PIC 419, 467, 468, 471 and 34 read with UAPA sections 10, 13, 20, 38. “We have arrested them yesterday from Moraya Hospital in Talegaon Dabhade after getting a tip off from a source. They belong to the banned CPI (Maoist) party. We will be releasing a detailed note for the press later,” said Bhanupratap Barge, Senior Police Inspector, ATS (Pune Unit). A large contingent of police personnel was deployed at the Shivajinagar District and Sessions Court. The police did not allow the media persons to sit for the remand hearing citing ‘need of secrecy’ and security reasons. The two accused were produced in the court with their faced covered with a hood. When he was escorted out from the ATS office, Ajith told media persons, “I am a member of the CPI Maoist party. I shouldn’t have been arrested like this. My arrest is illegal.”

Maoist leader Murali Kannambally held in Maharashtra

PUNE: Maoist leader Murali Kannambally has been held by the Maharashtra police. Murali, a native of Ernakulam, was arrested from Pune along with another Maoist identified as Ismail, brother of Moideen of Pandikkadu, the master brain behind the Maoist attacks in Kerala. The police are questioning the two in a secret place. Murali, accused in attacking the police station at Kayanna in Kozhikode in 1970 was absconding for the past 40 years. Murali, engaged in terrorist activities in north India, had published various books in Maoism. Murali, who was a student of Kozhikode Regional Engineering College, discontinued his studies and fled the state. As a student, he became a part of naxalism and later formed a naxal group named naxalbari. When a split was witnessed, he stood with K Venu. Later, when the Maoists merged again, he led the main leadership of naxalba

දකුණු පිලිපීනයේ සිදුවූ සටන් දෙකක දී සොල්දාදුවන් නව දෙනෙකු මියගොස් තවත් හත් දෙනෙකු තුවාල ලබා ඇත. අඟහරුවාදා දින උදෑසන ඩවාඕ හි නව මහජන හමුදාවේ (NPA) කඳවුරකට ඇතුළ් වීමට උත්සාහ කළ 69 වැනි පාබල අංශය, කඳවුරේක් සිටි ගරිල්ලන් පනස් දෙනෙකුගේ වෙඩි ප‍්‍රහාර වලට ලක් වීමෙන් පළමු ගැටුම හටගෙන තිබුණි. සොල්දාදුවන් හතර දෙනෙකු මිය ගොස් තවත් හත් දෙනෙකු සහ ගරිල්ලා විරෝධී මිලීෂියා භටයෙක් තුවාල ලබා ඇත. දෙවන ගැටුම, උතුරු කැටබටෝ හි අඟහරුවාදා දින හටගත් අතර, යුද භටයන් තිදෙනෙක් මිය ගොස් තවත් අයෙකු තුවාල ලබා ඇත.

யாழ்ப்பாணத்தில் இளம் கம்யூனிஸ்டுகள், காழ்ப்புணர்வில் தமிழ் மேட்டுக்குடியினர்

யாழ்ப்பாணத்தில் கம்யூனிஸ்டுகளின் மே தினப் பேரணி 

யாழ்ப்பாணத்தில் நடந்த மே தின ஊர்வலத்தில், இம்முறை சிறுவர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டு சிறப்பித்துள்ளனர். அந்தப் படத்தை “இளம் கம்யூனிஸ்டுகள்” என்ற தலைப்பில், யாழ்ப்பாணத்தை சேர்ந்த ஒரு இளைஞர் தனது முகநூலில் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டார். அதற்கு ஒரு “அறிவு(?)ஜீவி” பின்வருமாறு எதிர்வினையாற்றி இருந்தார்:

//இளம் கம்யூனிஸ்ட்டுகள்! ஹஹா… நாலாம் ஐந்தாம் வகுப்பு பொடியளுக்கு கம்யூனிசம் விளங்கி அதில பற்றுவந்து வீதியில் இறங்கிவிட்டார்கள்! வாவ்// 

அறம் செய்ய விரும்பு, இயல்வது கரவேல், ஐயம் இட்டு உண், மண் பறித்து உண்ணேல், கொள்ளை விரும்பேல், ஒன்றுபட்டால் உண்டு வாழ்வு, யாதும் ஊரே யாவரும் கேளிர்…. இதெல்லாம் நாலாம் ஐந்தாம் வகுப்பு பொடியளுக்கு, பாடசாலைகளில் படிப்பிக்கிற கம்யூனிச தத்துவங்கள் என்பது, அந்த “அறிவு(?)ஜீவிக்கு” புரியாமல் போனது ஏனோ?

“யாழ்ப்பாணத்தில் நடந்த மே தின ஊர்வலத்தில் இளம் கம்யூனிஸ்டுகள்” என்ற தலைப்பிலான இந்தப் படத்தை பார்த்து விட்டு “சிறுவர் துஷ்பிரயோகம்” என்று அலறித் துடிக்கும் போலி மனிதாபிமானவாதிகளுக்கு:

சிறுவர் துஷ்பிரயோகம் பற்றி இலவசமாக வகுப்பெடுக்கும் ஆசிரியப் பெருந்தகைகள், அதனை முதலில் கோயில்கள், தேவாலயங்களில் இருந்து தொடங்குவது நல்லது. குறைந்த பட்சம் தங்களது குடும்பத்தையாவது சீர்திருத்திக் காட்ட வேண்டும்.

இதிலே எத்தனை சிறுவர்கள், தேநீர்க்கடைகள், உணவகங்களில் முதலாளிகளால் துஷ்பிரயோகம் செய்யப்பட்டிருப்பார்கள்? நெல் வயல்களில், தோட்டங்களில், பண்ணைகளில், நிலவுடமையாளர்களினால் துஷ்பிரயோகம் செய்யப் பட்டிருப்பார்கள்? அப்போதெல்லாம் வாய்மூடி மௌனிகளாக இருந்தவர்கள், இருப்பவர்கள், அந்தசிறுவர்கள் தமது உரிமைகளுக்காக ஒன்றுசேர்ந்து போராடினால் மட்டும் பொங்கி எழுந்து எதிர்ப்பது ஏனோ? சிறுவர்களின் ஜனநாயக உரிமைகளை, அவர்களது அரசியல் கருத்துச் சுதந்திரத்தை மறுப்பது, சர்வாதிகாரம் என்பது அவர்களுக்கு தெரியாதோ?

முதலாளிகள் வீசும் எலும்புத்துண்டுகளுக்காக வாலாட்டும் நாய்கள், குரைப்பதை கொஞ்சம் குறைத்துக் கொண்டால் நல்லது.

ஈழத் தமிழ் மேட்டுக்குடியினரை பயமுறுத்தும் கம்யூனிச ஆவி!

ஈழத்திலும், புலம்பெயர்ந்தும் வாழும் தமிழர்கள் பலரை, அண்மைக் காலமாக ஓர் ஆவி மிரட்டி வருவதாக, அங்கிருந்து கிடைக்கும் செய்திகள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன. “கம்யூனிச ஆவி” என்று அழைக்கப்படும் ஓர் அமானுஷ்ய சக்தி, குறிப்பாக படித்த, வசதியான மேட்டுக்குடி வர்க்கத்தினரை மட்டுமே குறி வைத்து தாக்கி வருகின்றதாம்.

கம்யூனிச ஆவியால் பாதிக்கப் பட்டவர்கள், சிவப்பு நிறத்தை எங்கே கண்டாலும் அலறுகின்றனராம். அதனால், அவர்கள் சிவப்பு வர்ண ஆடைகள், சிவப்பு நிறப் உணவுப் பதார்த்தங்கள், ஆகியனவற்றை தவிர்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்று மருத்துவர்கள் அறிவுறுத்தி உள்ளனர். போக்குவரத்து நெரிசலில் சிக்னலில் சிவப்பு விழுந்ததும், அலறியடித்துக் கொண்டு வண்டி ஓட்டி விபத்துக்குள்ளான நபர்கள் பலர், வைத்தியசாலையில் அனுமதிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளனர்.

இதற்கென அமெரிக்காவில் இருந்து விசேடமாக அழைத்து வரப் பட்ட, உலகிலேயே அதிக பீஸ் வாங்கும் மருத்துவர் ஒருவர் நோயாளிகளை பார்வையிட்டுள்ளார். 25 வருடங்களுக்கு முன்னர், இதே கம்யூனிச ஆவி ஐரோப்பிய மக்களை பிடித்தாட்டியதாகவும், அதனை நேட்டோ படையினர் பிடித்து சீசாவில் அடைத்து, அட்லாண்டிக் சமுத்திரத்தில் வீசியதாகவும் தெரிவித்தார்.

25 வருடங்களுக்குப் பின்னர் திரும்பி வந்துள்ள கம்யூனிச ஆவி, முன்தோன்றிய மூத்தகுடி தமிழினத்திற்குள் புகுந்தது எப்படி என்பதை பலரும் ஆராய்ந்து வருகின்றனர். பல அரசியல் கருத்து முரண்பாடு கொண்டவர்களும், கம்யூனிச ஆவியை விரட்டுவதற்காக வர்க்க அடிப்படையில் ஒன்று சேர்ந்துள்ளனர். நேற்று வரையிலும், கீரியும் பாம்புமாக சண்டையிட்டுக் கொண்டிருந்த, தீவிர புலி ஆதரவாளர்களும், தீவிர ராஜபக்சே ஆதரவாளர்களும், தமது தசாப்த கால பகைமையை மறந்து ஒன்று சேர்ந்துள்ளமை குறிப்பிடத் தக்கது.

கம்யூனிச ஒழிப்புப் போரில், சிறிலங்கா பேரினவாத அரசுக்கு நிபந்தனையற்ற ஆதரவு வழங்குவதாக, வலதுசாரி- தமிழ் தேசியவாதிகள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். அண்மையில் இலங்கைக்கு விஜயம் செய்த, அமெரிக்க தலைமைப் பூசாரி ஜோன் கேரியை சந்தித்த தமிழ் தேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பு பிரமுகர்கள், தாம் இந்த விடயத்தில் இணக்க அரசியல் நடத்த தயாராக இருப்பதாக தெரிவித்தனர். சிங்களவன், தமிழன் என்று இனப் பகை கொண்டு போரிட்டாலும், மேட்டுக்குடி வர்க்கம் என்ற அடிப்படையில் தாம் ஒரே இனம் என்று, சிங்கள- தமிழ் அரசியல் தலைவர்கள் ஒரே குரலில் கூறினார்கள்.

டைனோசர் பார்த்த குருடர்கள் 

மெத்தப் படித்த நண்பர் ஒருவர், “கம்யூனிசம் ஒரு டைனோசர் காலத்து சமாச்சாரம்” என்ற பீடிகையுடன் உரையாடலை ஆரம்பித்தார். அவருக்கு நான் “யானை பார்த்த குருடர்கள்” கதை சொல்லி விட்டு, ஒருவேளை அவர் பார்த்த கம்யூனிச யானை டைனோசராக தெரிந்திருக்கும் என்று பதில் கூறினேன்.

அவரது கேள்விகள் எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் பொறுமையாக பதில் கூறி விட்டு, இப்போது நான், நிகழ்காலத்தில் உயிர்ப்புடன் இருக்கும் முதலாளித்துவம் பற்றிய சில கேள்விகளை, உங்களிடம் கேட்க விரும்புகிறேன் என்று சொன்னேன். அதற்குப் பிறகு இன்னமும் ஆளைக் காணோம்.
