ඉන්දියානු ජනතාවට එරෙහි යුද්ධයට එරෙහි ජාත්‍යන්තර ව්‍යාපාරය (ICAWPI) ඉන්දියාව තුළ සහ විදෙස් වලත් විවිධ බලවේග එක්සත් කිරීමට දැවැන්ත මුලපිරීමක් සිදු කොට ඇත. අද එවැනි ව්‍යාපාරයක අවශ්‍යතාව පැන නැගී ඇත. එම නිසා ස්වීඩනයේ- ඉන්දියා සහයෝගිතාවය ස්වීඩනය තුළ ප‍්‍රාදේශීයව ව්‍යාපාරයක් නැවත දියත් කරමින් සිටින අතර එලෙස කටයුතු කරන මෙන් ලෝකය පුරා සිටින මිතුරන්ගෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටී.

Start a broad campaign to put some pressure on the Indian government.

As the Indian government is starting a “Salwa Judum 2” it is now time to start a broad campaign to put som pressure on the Indian government.

The International Campaign Against the War on People in India (ICAWPI) was a great initiative that united different forces in India and abroad. Today there is a need for such a campaign. Thats why India Solidarity -Sweden is relaunching the campaign locally in Sweden and we call all our friends all over the world to do the same thing.

වසර තුනක පමණ කාලයක සිට ඉරාන ඉස්ලාම් ජනරජයේ සිරගතව සිටි තරුණ කුර්දි ක‍්‍රියාකාරිකයෙකු විය, හබිබුල්ලාහ් ගොල්පරිපොර් (Habibullah Golparipour), 2013 ඔක්තෝබර් 23, වයඹ දිග ඉරානයේ ඔරුමියාහ් (Orumieh) වලදී මරා දැමීම නිසා ඔහුගේ ආදරණීය ජීවිතය අහිමි විය. රාජ්‍ය විරෝධී සහ රාජ්‍ය විරෝධී කණ්ඩායම් සමග සම්බන්ධකම් පැවැත්වීම නිසා චූදිතයෙකු වූ, ඔහු ජනාධිපතිවරණයට පසුව පැන නැගුණු කැල්ලෙන් පසුව 2009 ඔක්තෝබර් සිටම සිරගත කර තිබුණි. රජයේ කුලී මිනීමරුවන් සිකරුවන්ට ඇති කර තිබූණ දුෂ්කර තත්වයන් වූ තීව‍්‍ර කරන ලද වධ දීම්, දිගු කාලයක් හුදකෙලාව තැබීම ඔහු දරා සිටියහ. නමුත් ඔහු රාජ්‍ය කෲරත්වයට යටත් නොවුණි.

එම කාලය තුළදීම, දිනකට පෙර සරාවාන් (Saravan) [ඉරාන, පකිස්ථාන සහ ඇෆ්ගනිස්ථාන දේශ සීමාවේ සිස්තාන්-බලූකිස්තාන් ප‍්‍රාන්තයේ නගරයකි] වලදී රාජ්‍ය කුලී මිනීමරුවන් 18 දෙනෙකු මරා දැමීමට එකටෙක කිරීමක් වශයෙන් ඔක්තෝබර් 16 දින බලූචි දේශපාලන සිරකරුවන් 16 දෙනෙකු මරණයට පත් කරනු ලැබූ බව කියැවුණි. මෙය රාජ්‍ය විසින් සිදු කරනු ලැබූ මෙවැනි වර්ගයේ පළමු සහ අවසාන අපරාධය ද නොවේ. ඉරානය වූ කලී ජාතීන්ගේ සිර ගෙදරකි. ජාතික පීඩනය මේ රාජ්‍යපාලනයේ ප‍්‍රධාන ස්ථම්භයක් වන අතර මේ වර්ගයේ අපරාධ ගැන මෙන්ම බලයේ සිටි සූරා කන පංති ගැන අපි සාක්‍ෂි දරන්නෙමු. මරා දැමීමට අපේක්‍ෂිත කුර්දිස්තානයේ, බලූකිස්තානයේ සහ කුෂෙස්තාන් පළාත්වල තරුණයින්ගේ දිගු ලැයිස්තුවක් ඇත, මේ කලාපවල කලබලකාරීත්වයේ ඉතා කුඩා සංඥවක් නිසා, සමහරෙකු එල්ලා දැමෙනු ඇත.

සරාවාන් සිද්ධියට අනුව යමින්, හසාන් රවුහානි (Hassan Rouhani)” ‘‘වීරෝධාර සුනම්‍යභාවයේ’’ ජගතා ලෙස කියාගනු ලැබූ ඉරානයේ නව ජනාධිපති, ‘‘කැරලි කරුවන්ට’’ මුහුණ දීමට ආරක්‍ෂක අංශ සමග සහයෝගයෙන් වැඩ කරන විශේෂ කමිටුවක් පිහිටුවීමට අභ්‍යන්තර කටයුතු අමාත්‍යංශය පත් කළහ. තවදුරටත්, ෂහෙඩාන් (Zahedan) [සිස්තාන්-බලූකිස්තාන් ප‍්‍රාන්තයේ අගනුවර] හි පැමිණිලි මෙහෙයවන-ජනරාල් ‘‘අපි එකටෙක කරන බවට අනතුරු හඟවනවා’’ යැයි කියමින් ඝාතනය කිරීම් යුක්තිසහගත කළහ. ඉස්ලාම් ජනරජය බටහිර සමග ‘‘වීරවත් සුනම්‍යතාවය’’ දිගටම ප‍්‍රදර්ශනය කරගෙන යන ආකාරයටම, එය සිය මර්ධනය සහ තරුණයන් මරා දැමීම ඇතුළු අපරාධ වැඩි කරමින් සිටින අතර ජනතාව දිළිඳුබවට පත්වීම පවා වඩා තීව‍්‍ර වී ඇත. මෙය මැද පෙරදිග අර්බුද සඳහා රාජ්‍යය පාලනය දක්වන අභ්‍යන්තර ප‍්‍රතික‍්‍රියාවයි. මේ අපරාධකාරී ක‍්‍රියාවන් එහි පිළිකුල් සහගත ජීවිතය නිමේෂයකට හෝ දික් කර ගැනීමට අපේක්‍ෂාවෙන් සිටින මුළුමනින්ම කුණු වූ පාලනයේ බංකොලොත්භාවය සහ අසමත්භාවය පිළිබඳ වූ දර්ශකයක් බවට කිසිදු සැකයෙක් නැත.

ඉස්ලාම් ජනරජය වපුරා තිබුණු දැයෙහිම විපාක නෙලාගන්නා බව ජාතික පීඩනයට එරෙහි පීඩිත ජාතීන්ගේ අරගලය තවත් වරක් තහවුරු කරනු ඇත.

රාජ්‍ය පාලනයේ අතිශය දුෂ්ට සහ කෲර සැලසුම් පිළිතුරු නොසැපයුන දේ ලෙස නොතිබිය යුතුය, නොතිබෙනු ඇත. හබිබුල්ලා ගොලාපරිපෝර් සහ අනෙකුත් දිවි පිදූවන් සඳහා වන අනුස්මරණ උත්සව මේ පාලනයේ අපරාධ හෙලි දරවු කරන තැනට පත් කරන ලෙස අපි කම්කරුවන්ට, ශිෂ්‍යයන්ට, කාන්තාවන්ට සහ තරුණයන්ට ආමන්ත‍්‍රණය කර සිටිමු. මේ අරගලය උතුරන දේශපාලන දර්ශනයක් තුළට යොමු කළ යුතුය. එය ඔවුන්ට අත් වූ මේ අපරාධ වලින් ගැලවී යා හැකි අධිරාජ්‍යවාදීන්ගෙන් සහ ප‍්‍රතිගාමීන්ගෙන් නිදහස ලබා ගත හැකි සැබෑ විප්ලවයක් වේ. සිය කෲරත්වය පෙන්වන ඉස්ලාම් රාජ්‍යයේ දුෂ්ට සැලසුම් පෙර කවරාදටත් වඩා වැඩි වී ඇත. ඔවුහු පොලොව කම්පිත සිදුවීම්වල ලකුණු සහ ලේ හැලෙන යුද්ධ දැනටමත් කරගෙන යයි, න්‍යාය පත‍්‍රයට අනුව යුද්ධ, මර්ධනයෙන් සහ සූරාකෑමෙන් තොර සමාජයක අරමුණ ඇතිවඉස්ලාම් ප‍්‍රතිගාමීන්ට ප‍්‍රතිචාර දැක්වීමට සහ ඔවුන්ගේ රාජ්‍ය ක‍්‍රමය පෙරලා දැමීමට විප්ලවීය ප‍්‍රචණ්ඩත්වය ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.

On the execution of Kurdish and Baluchi youth in Iran

18 November 2013. A World to Win News Service. The following statement was issued by the Communist Party of Iran (Marxist Leninist Maoist). Since then the Islamic Republic of Iran has continued this wave of executions in Kurdistan and other regions of Iran. (cpimlm.com)

Habibullah Golparipour, a young Kurdish activist who has been in an Islamic Republic prison for three years, was executed on 23 October 2013 in Orumieh, north-west Iran, and lost his dear life. Accused of anti-regime activities and connections with anti-regime groups, he had been in prison since October 2009, following the uprising that erupted after the presidential election. He endured the difficult conditions that the regime’s mercenaries have created for prisoners, including intense tortures, and spent long periods in isolation. But he did not give in to the regime’s brutalities.

At the same time, it has been reported that 16 Baluchi political prisoners were executed on 26 October in reprisal for the killing of 18 regime mercenaries in Saravan (a city in Sistan-Baluchistan Province, Iran, bordering Pakistan and Afghanistan) the day before. This is not the first such crime of the regime and will not be the last. Iran is the prison of nations. National oppression is a major pillar of this regime and we will witness such crimes as long as the exploiting classes are in power. There is a long list of youth in Kurdistan, Baluchistan and Khuzestan provinces waiting to be executed, and at the slightest sign of unrest in these regions, some will be hanged.

Following the Saravan incident, Hassan Rouhani, Iran’s new president, the so-called champion of “heroic flexibility”, assigned the Interior ministry to form a special commission in cooperation with security forces to confront “rebels”. Furthermore, the prosecutor-general of Zahedan (the capital of Sistan-Baluchistan province) justified the executions by saying “We warned that we would retaliate!” [BBC reports no evidence that any of the executed had any connection with the death of the border guards.]

As the Islamic regime continues to display “”heroic flexibility” with the West, it is also stepping up its oppression and crimes, including the executions of youth, and the poverty of the people is becoming even more intensified. This is the regime’s internal reaction to the crisis in the Middle East. There is no doubt that these criminal acts are indications of the bankruptcy and failure of a totally rotten regime that is hoping to extend its disgusting life a little longer.

The struggle of the oppressed nations against national oppression will once again demonstrate that the Islamic regime will reap what it has sown.

The regime’s viciousness and brutal plans should not and will not go unanswered. We call on workers, students, women and youth to convert the memorial ceremonies for Habibullah Golparipour and other martyrs into exposures of the crimes of the regime. This struggle must be turned into an effervescent political scene. It is with a real revolution independent of imperialists and reactionaries that we can give these crimes the response they deserve. The Islamic regime’s vicious plans more than ever carry the signs of its fragility. They carry the signs of earth-shaking events and bloody battles that are on the way, battles that should put revolutionary violence on the agenda to settle accounts with the Islamic reactionaries and overthrow their state system with the goal of a society without oppression and exploitation.

Down with the Islamic Republic of Iran! Long live the right of self-determination for oppressed nations! Long live revolution! Long live communism!
